Add Group Name Command (Net Bios, 36h)

This command adds a non-unique name to the Net Bios local name
table. The name must not be added as a unique name by any other
process or machine. The name, up to 16 characters long, is
supplied in the NAME field. If the operation is successful, then
the NUM field is used to return a number from 1 to 254 associated
        with the name.

The main use of group names is to provide a mechanism to
"broadcast" messages to a group. SEND DATAGRAM to a group name
will be received by all processes that have issued a RECEIVE
        DATAGRAM under the group name.
